Hewson Real Estate Ltd has been trading in the Kerikeri area since the early 1950’s. Established by Mr GB (Don) Hewson, who won international recognition for specializing in coastal and island property. Hewson’s continued involvement with the successful marketing and selling of real estate was further strengthened in the late 1970s when Ian Knox became a partner then the owner and conducted the first million dollar sale in the Bay and a significant proportion of properties in this area since.
Hewson Real Estate has built an enviable reputation in the marketing of prime coastal properties and is often consulted by Government agencies, competitors, valuers, off shore buyers and leading business people regarding the pricing and purchasing of Bay of Islands property.
